• Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance for service reimbursement. This approach allows us, the therapist/client team, to set our own agenda and goals.

  • What is your approach to eating disorder treatment?

I take an anti-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach that allows you time and space to find balance and self-acceptance.

  • What is EMDR therapy?

EMDR Therapy is a type of therapy that allows us to reduce the intensity of past and present events and negative core beliefs that impact functioning. EMDR pairs this processing with bilateral stimulation (eye movements) and can be a helpful approach for many situations.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Because a time commitment is made for you and is held exclusively for you, 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel any appointment or there is a $75 fee. A “no-show” appointment is subject to the full session fee.

  • How long do sessions last and what is the cost?

My fee is $150 per 50 minute session. Sliding scale slots may be available; please reach out for more information.

  • What if we’re not a good match?

It is my priority to make sure that you feel comfortable with and connected to your therapist. If that ends up not being me, that’s okay! I will make sure to provide alternate referrals to try to link you with someone who is a better fit.
