Who do you work with?
I support adults carrying the impact of past experiences, whether that’s childhood trauma, difficult family dynamics, or ongoing stress that accumulates quietly over time.
Many of the people I work with are college students, young professionals, high achievers, athletes, and healthcare providers—individuals who tend to care deeply for others while often managing their own struggles beneath the surface.
I also provide guidance for those facing complex trauma, challenges in relationships, or the emotional toll of secondary trauma from caring for others.

What is your approach to trauma therapy?
My trauma therapy style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs because healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Rather than pushing you to revisit every painful memory, we focus on creating a sense of safety and moving at a pace that feels manageable.
I draw from proven methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), plus mindfulness and grounding practices. Together, these approaches support healing in both mind and body.
You are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to support you with tools and a space where genuine change can take root.

What should I expect from trauma therapy with you?
While trauma work can bring up discomfort, my priority is making sure you feel safe, respected, and truly seen throughout the process.
We’ll explore how trauma might be affecting your relationships—with family, friends, partners, or colleagues—and how it influences your ability to trust, set boundaries, and value yourself.
Healing often means unpacking these patterns and learning new, healthier ways to connect and care for yourself. Ultimately, the goal is to help you build stronger, more fulfilling relationships, with both others and yourself.
