Eating Disorder Therapist in Cleveland

What types of eating concerns do you work with?
I work with adults navigating a range of eating struggles—including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia, chronic dieting, and compulsive exercise. I also specialize in working with athletes who are facing pressure around performance, appearance, or food rules that have started to take over. Whether you're in the early stages of recognizing something's off, in recovery, or feeling stuck in long-term patterns, you’re welcome here.

What’s your approach to eating disorder therapy?
My approach is trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and rooted in the belief that your relationship with food and your body is deeply personal. I won’t focus on weight as the problem or the goal but instead, we’ll explore what your eating behaviors might be trying to communicate, work on building a sense of safety in your body, and address the deeper emotions or patterns underneath. I also support identity work, perfectionism, and the impact of trauma or cultural pressure.

What can I expect if I reach out?
If you're reaching out, know that you won’t be met with pressure or judgment. Our first step is simply a conversation to get a sense of what you’re going through and what support could look like. If we decide to work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—focusing on building trust, understanding your relationship with food and your body, and helping you feel more in control and connected to yourself.
